If your employee is funded through Access to Work and is working with me, here's everything you need to know about how the claiming process works.
For each client, I create a private portal on my website. Every month, I upload a full record of the sessions that took place during that period - including all the details you need to make a claim. This is uploaded by the first Sunday of the following month. Anyone with access to that portal will receive an email notification as soon as new information has been added.
Once the monthly information is available, either the employee or someone from your organisation can access the portal, download the information, and submit the claim. Claims can be made:
All claims must be submitted within nine months of the service being provided.
For up-to-date policy guidance, see the Government's Access to Work website.
If you're an employer and you'd like the monthly information sent to you automatically, email me and I'll add you to your employee's portal. You'll receive an email on the first Sunday of each month letting you know the information is available.
I don't issue pro forma invoices, and timesheets aren't provided ahead of sessions taking place. The timesheet information uploaded to the portal each month reflects the actual sessions that have been held - so everything is accurate and up to date.
If you have any questions about how this works, please get in touch.
