Interested in Mentor Coaching?
Mentor coaching helps you develop your skills and confidence as a coach.
Your coaching will be observed and you will be given feedback against a set of competencies.
I work to the ICF’s core competencies.
To become an ICF credentialed coach, you must have at least 10 hours of mentor coaching and you must demonstrate that your coaching meets their core competencies.
Mentor coaching deepens your understanding of these competencies and how to demonstrate competence against them.
