"Finding the right coach is not easy. With so many companies to choose from I quickly became overwhelmed. However, from the moment I found Vibrantly Divergent, and started reading the website, I felt like it was written just for me. I booked an introduction with Debs and then went full on imposter syndrome until the appointment. All that doubt and worry disappeared within seconds of talking to Debs.

When I say Debs changed my life, that isn't me being dramatic (well OK maybe a little) but I felt like Debs truly saw me. She listened to me rambling, she could tell if there was something on my mind without me having to speak, her empathy, her knowledge and her way of making you believe in yourself after speaking to her is a gift. I looked forward to our sessions because I could be completely me and I was finally understanding who that person was. I'm not broken and I'm not generally rubbish at life, which is what I spent years telling myself.

To say I was sad when our sessions came to an end was an understatement, but Debs has given me the knowledge and the tools to find what works for me. Anyone lucky enough to get the opportunity to work with Debs will realise she is exactly what it says on the tin - Vibrantly Divergent!

I had 14 hours of ADHD coaching between March and the end of July 2025, and it was one of the most valuable experiences I’ve had in understanding and managing my ADHD.

Debs was incredibly understanding, supportive, and completely non-judgemental. Her deep awareness of intersectionality and how it can shape our experiences really stood out to me.

What made the biggest difference was how safe and seen I felt during our sessions. She never rushed me or my thought process, and I always felt like I had the space to explore things at my own pace. She helped me look at my ADHD with compassion, rather than frustration, and gently challenged the way I viewed my diagnosis.

With her guidance, I learned to focus more on the things I can control instead of getting stuck on the things I can’t.

I genuinely hope to continue working with her in the future. I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to gain a deeper understanding of their ADHD and build sustainable, individualised coping strategies that actually work.

Working with Debs has been nothing less than transformative! Before connecting with Debs, I struggled to fulfil my potential at work and blamed myself for this. I was in a constant state of frustration and overwhelm, which made showing up to work extremely difficult. I was also highly self-conscious, insecure, and short on confidence. Furthermore, those around me seemed to misunderstand me and I often felt as though my problems got dismissed.

Through her wealth of insights, knowledge, and empathy, Debs helped me to realise that my problems were indeed valid, and that I didn't need to be so hard on myself! Not only did she validate my experience, but she helped me to process things and make calculated, informed decisions as to how I wanted to move forward. Never did I feel misunderstood; in fact, I felt empowered and grew in confidence and assertiveness with each passing week.

If you're considering working with Debs, I would say, stop.... There is nothing to consider! She is a phenomenal coach and a compassionate human being. I truly believe that partnering with her is one of the best decisions you could make if you want to thrive at work and are willing to self-reflect and put the work in.

"Working with Debs has helped me to have a window of head space to look at what I have going on, record and prioritise it.

Debs helped me while I navigated my way through some very very difficult stuff. Not telling me what to do, just listening and questioning my approach at times, which often lead me to work out a better way of doing things. It was like having an advocate for myself stopping me from tying myself in knots. Even just the act of articulating the problem to Debs helped me work out how to move forward.

Like most late diagnosed ND people I have a mass of tools and strategies to get me through the day. In the rare moments between life events Debs helped me to review these strategies against how effective they were outwardly vs the impact they had on me. It helped me realise which things were beneficial to me outwardly and inwardly and which ones needed a rethink because the motivation for using them wasn't always in my best interests. During my time with Debs I realised I was not just ADHD but AuDHD and she helped me to understand myself in this slightly different perspective and supported me while I entered the diagnostic process.

I felt totally accepted and understood by Debs, she really got into what I needed and it was really based on me, not just a list of obvious things that I had already tried. That was a worry going into coaching that it would be too simplistic for where I was at.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Debs and I hope to be able to work with her again.

Before working with Debs I was struggling to start my business and kept feeling overwhelmed, and didn’t know where to put my focus.

She understood my challenges, and she helped me so I could actually get things done. Her strategies, accountability, and constant encouragement gave me the push I needed to start moving forward.

I felt I could tell her anything as she was such a good listener. I honestly couldn’t have got where I am without her support.

I’d recommend Debs to anyone who wants a coach who actually understands and supports you every step of the way.

Working with Debs was nothing short of transformational. I was (and am) navigating ADHD in both personal and professional spheres. Our sessions coincided with a particularly tumultuous period for me, and I didn’t always apply myself in all the ways I’d hoped.

However, Debs was extremely patient and understanding. She expertly nudged me along, and in the end I felt so pleased with the results. I needed more than just strategies - I needed a coach who truly understood - and she did. Her depth of knowledge was staggering, spanning not only ADHD specific challenges but also the realities of business. After every session I felt myself edge forward in self-awareness, productivity, and resilience.

It helped massively that her expertise was delivered with warmth, empathy, and a complete lack of judgment. I’ll be forever grateful for her support.

"Almost 40, I had recently started a new job and stresses with feelings of overwhelm from future emails, papers, and my own thoughts - which I had felt in every other role I have had - were creeping in fast. I was desperate to not “fail” at this new job like I had with others. (I had never failed at all, it was just my harsh perception of myself!)

Despite my doubt about virtual coaching, the opportunity presented itself through Access to Work, and I took a chance with Debs. This decision marked the beginning of an enlightening journey.

Throughout our sessions, Debs helped me navigate my ADHD diagnosis, which was both validating and challenging. I've mourned lost time and opportunities but also celebrated learning to trust myself and my quick-thinking ability, which Debs encouraged me to embrace rather than doubt.

One of the most transformative aspects was learning to ask for help without feeling burdensome and recognising my need for visual organisation. Debs's suggestion to use specific types of notebooks, to-do-lists and whiteboards transformed my workflow and self-perception. Both in my working life and my home life.

A particularly memorable moment was during a session when I felt overwhelmed by the chaos in my home office. Instead of dismissing my discomfort, Debs suggested we tidy up together during our call. This small but powerful gesture taught me the importance of listening to my needs and addressing them without self-judgment, and the power of body doubling. It didn’t take long, I was more settled, the session was much better than I would have felt and so was the rest of my day at work.

The coaching journey with Debs has been an emotional rollercoaster, filled with growth, acceptance, and importantly learning to not shame myself for my uniqueness. The tools and understanding I've gained are invaluable.

To anyone considering coaching with Debs, I encourage you to trust in yourself and take that step. It’s more than just coaching; it's the beginning to understanding and embracing yourself. You found her page, now trust why you’re here!

I would like to take this opportunity to thank her again for everything.
